Robert J. Darling
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Robert “Bob” Darling is founder and CEO of TPCM-USA. In this role, he serves as the senior company officer and leads corporative initiatives. Prior to starting the company, Bob led missions flying attack helicopters in Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Somalia Africa and subsequently served as a presidential helicopter pilot supporting President Bill Clinton, and as an Airlift Operations officer for the White House Military Office (WHMO) under President George W. Bush. Bob translates his extensive crisis leadership experience into valuable lessons and tools delivered directly to corporate CEOs, their senior management teams, and other senior executives within the U.S. Government. Bob is the author of 24 Hours Inside the President’s Bunker, a graduate of Harvard University’s seminar on Crisis Leadership, and an internationally sought-after public speaker on Crisis Management and Leadership.
Stephen Young is the founder of Turning Point Crisis Management (TPCM) in Australia and the Vice President of TPCM-USA. He is considered one of Australia’s leading crisis management practitioners with more than 35 year’s of international and domestic experience in crisis, fire, emergency, and incident management. Stephen was awarded an Overseas Humanitarian Medal for his services to the Iraqi Civil Defense Directorate, where he led the multi-national reconstruction of Iraq’s Civil Defense Directorate. Stephen also led the response and recovery to some of Australia’s largest natural disasters, including the devastating Tropical Cyclone Larry where he received a special commendation from the Australian Prime Minister. Stephen is a graduate of Harvard University’s seminar on Crisis Leadership, and an internationally recognized subject matter expert on Crisis Management and Leadership.
